This is an estate fresh English arts and crafts style hand hammered sterling silver long dish made in London in 1926 by Omar Ramsden. Appropriate English hallmarks for London 1926 including OM for Omar Ramsden along with the hand engraved mark. In very good to excellent original condition free from damages, dents, alterations, monograms and mono removals, and repairs. All four feet sit flat and do not rock or wobble. Mentioned only for the record, there are some typical faint light scratches that can only be detected under the closest scrutiny. We have lightly hand polished this with some minor tarnish remaining, but the new owner may want to do some additional. Polishing so that it will look its best. Maximum length is approximately 13 inches, width is 3 ¼ inches and height about 2 1/8 inches. Weight is approximately 8.86 troy ounces, or about 275.7 grams.
