In a rich medium shade of English oak, this wardrobe has small proportions which makes it ideal for a guest bedroom or hallway. This particular example has unusual side mirrors that swing out to provide a three way view - they then fold back neatly to either side. Please see all nine pictures. There are two small'windows' which are original leaded lights, and inside are still the original'curtains'.
The inside has hooks around the panels, and two ceiling fitments for hangers, one to either side of the door. There is no rail in this wardrobe, but one can very easily be fitted.
Perhaps best of all is the motto above the door... If this be vanity who'd be wise. Which is from one of Rudyard Kipling's short stories, The Gadsbys. This is a clever reference to the three mirrors and the desire to see yourself from all sides... Measurements: 80" high (204 cm) x 41.75" wide (106 cm) with side mirrors folded back.We can deliver to Brighton and East and West Sussex for free, and small charge within about 60 miles.
