Specializing in Vintage and Antique Architectural Salvage. Antique Mission Light Fixture with Mica Shades Arts and Crafts. Professionally Restored and Ready to Install! This listing is for an Antique Mission Light Fixture that has been Restored!

The fixture dates from around 1910. The shades, which are made of stenciled brass with amber mica shades, are not original to the fixture but they work well with the fixture. The shades are in good condition. They are vintage and have some age.

The mica has peeled in a couple of places, but it hardly shows. The stenciled brass has some tiny stress cracks, but again nothing that really shows unless upon close inspection. The fixture body is brass, but it was refinished a while back with a brass tone finish that makes it look as though it has a darker brass patina. The sockets and shade holders are brass with patina, and have not been refinished. The fixture has been rewired and has new fat boy socket insulators.

It comes with all the hardware necessary for standard installation so this fixture will be ready to install! The fixture hangs down 25 inches, and is 24 inches wide. The shades are 6-1/4 inches tall and 5 inches wide.

The bulbs are used for display purposes. You can use any standard size bulb you would like, 250 watts max. Keep in mind the mica shades block more light than a clear shade, so you will probably want to use higher wattage bulbs. Quality light fixtures are one of the best additions you can make to your home! They add great character, and enhance the appearance of any room.

Again, all the mounting hardware for standard installation is included, so this fixture will be ready to install! 25 Drop (from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture without the shade).
