ARTS AND CRAFTS ANTIQUE OAK BOOKCASE AND WRITING BUREAU. A wonderful Antique Arts and Crafts bookcase and writing bureau in solid oak with stylised metal straps to the front and fretwork to the top back and both sides. Circa 1890 -1910, it is in original condition, solid, stable, and sturdy with minor signs of use. The backboard has some evidence of wear. There is no key for this item.

There are built in pigeon holes for stationery and a pen holder. There are a few ink spots on the inside of two of the pigeon holes.

The measurements are: 66cm wide x 27cm depth x 120cm high. The bureau is in good clean condition and Danish oil has been used for protection and to bring out the colour and grain. Suitable for use with a laptop. Personal items pictured are not for sale, just for display purposes.
