Nice vintage cast iron heat grate vent with stamped steel louvers. Has a surround frame ring. You can remove ring for a smaller hole. Nice decorative arts and crafts pattern, and has a honeycomb design on the grill.

This register has black paint and surface rust. The louvers are functional and in good condition. Please look over the pictures below and ask question when needed. Measures approx: Grate With Frame.
