This is a large open bookcase. It is made in solid oak and is Edwardian dating to around 1910. The bookcase is made in the Arts and Crafts design of the day. It has wonderfully clean organic lines.
The bookcase is built with pegs that hold the shelves very tightly in place when built. The pegs can be removed so the bookcase can be flatpacked. It will only take ten minutes for you to rebuild it again. The bookcase is in good antique condition. The back risers have been shaped to allow for your skirting board. Minor crack on bottom shelf. This large bookcase will look very handsome when filled with books. The bookcase is 41 inches wide and 41 inches high and is 11 inches deep.
