A Great Looking Hall Stand. A Super early 1900's example in golden oak. In an Arts and Crafts Style. It's a nice tall piece with arched top with nice pierced carved rounds. A centre mirror surrounded by six metal shaped coat hooks.
Under the mirror is three taller splats with circle detail again. Below this is the rail abs two sections for umbrellas and walking sticks with a glove box with lift up lid in the centre.
The base has two original tin water trays set in a cross board. I have given it a polish and its come up really well. Overall a great looking piece that could work well in a variety of different surroundings wether commercial or in a nice large hall if a house. Depth - 28.5 cm.As with all items of age they can show signs of ware and use but can also have character that you will not always find in new pieces. There is a little foxing of the mirror in places but on the whole it's in good condition (see photos) The top of the glove box had a few marks on it (see photo). The cross board has a bit of staining and marking to it (see photo). Other than that it's in great condition, I've given it a polish and its come up really well.
