An Edwardian Arts and Crafts oak elbow chair designed by William Birch of High Wycombe, with pierced top rail and comb back above a rush seat, on block legs united by stretchers, height approx 112cm, width approx 61cm. As I bought this chair second hand myself, I'm unable to verify whether it is an original or a reproduction. I was told when I bought it that it had been lovingly refurbished.
This is a really comfortable chair to sit in (I'm 5'3) as it supports the head and it's great to have arm rests. I bought it for my Edwardian desk but it's too big for it.
