Very decorative quality oak Arts and Crafts sideboard circa 1910

  

A quality solid oak Arts and Crafts sideboard circa 1910 with very decorative carving. The solid oak top has a shaped moulded edge above 3 drawers with'tram line' carved decoration. The drawers are above left and right cupboard doors with carved inset panels. To the centre a short cupboard door above a storage shelf.

The quality of the carving on the panels is excellent: carvings of oak leaves, acorns, thistles, berries etc. The hard wear is original, very decorative hinges and handles. To the interior: the left hand cupboard has 1 removable shelf, the right hand cupboard 1 fixed shelf and slide out cellaret. There are marks of use and there is a split to the left hand side- see last pic. Overall a quality oak cupboard with quality crisp decorative carving and pretty hard wear, a golden oak colour and waxed finish.
